Business Model
KENCASA will employ three main approaches in the provision of housing solutions geared towards multiple income streams:
* Master Developer – where KENCASA identifies tracts of land that are suitable for community development and then designs and implements projects. The project design, construction and sale of the units will be carried out with the support of key stakeholders including equity and other investor groups, planners, engineers and State agencies. This approach will be the focus of the Company over the next three years and is the stream that the financial projections are modeled.
* Contractor – where KENCASA is contracted by a property developer to construct houses on their behalf. The Company will be pursuing this option after the third year of operation and could generate revenues in the region of 15% of the gross revenues generated by a project.
* Project Manager – where KENCASA manages any or all aspects of the project on behalf of our client. The Company will embark on this income stream in year four of operation and would generate revenues in the region of 6% of the gross revenues generated by a project.
